Dominion: Big Box describes four different Dominion collections, two released in English by Rio Grande Games in 2011 and 2016, and two released in German by Hans im Glück in 2011 and by Rio Grande Games in 2019.
 English-language Big Box
This collection contains the first edition of Dominion along with the expansions Alchemy and Prosperity. Most copies also came with two decks of promo cards. The expansion uniquely included a large Base Cards Mat for all the base cards included in the Big Box expansions. The expansion was available exclusively on Amazon.com, although many independent vendors eventually acquired copies. There were at least three different pairs of promo cards contained in different print runs of the set: Black Market and Envoy in early copies, Governor and Walled Village in later print runs starting at some point in 2012, and Governor and Prince in the final print runs before the set was discontinued. Promotional cards were not given slots in the insert tray.

The number of basic Treasure cards is new for 5 or 6 players, with 80 Copper, 70 Silver, and 48 Gold cards.
 German-language Big Box

This collection included Dominion and Cornucopia, as well as the promo cards Envoy, Black Market, Stash, and Walled Village. It was originally available for mass-market consumption but is no longer available and will not be reprinted due to the end of Hans im Glück's distribution agreement with Rio Grande Games. It was remarkable for including a misprinted version of Stash, in that it had the standard Dominion card back, even though the manual states it to be different.

This collection named Einsteiger-Bigbox includes the base set Dominion: Second Edition and all of the three small expansions Alchemy, Cornucopia and Guilds, as well as the promo cards Black Market, Stash, and Walled Village. As a teaser for other mechanics a pile of Caravans (from Seaside) got included also.
Card text throughout (including in the Base game) is updated. Coinciding with the English-language re-releases of Guilds, Cornucopia and Alchemy in 2018, revised wordings have been adopted.
A new print run of this collection was announced for late October 2021.
