It looks like the revision to this template on June 7 is causing downstream problems. More specifically, the #ifexist addition is causing all large navboxes with many cards to start throwing "too many expensive parser function calls" warning. May or may not have caused performance issues and the wiki going out earlier today, so I think I want to revert this change. If this template is used in a headline, the hover effect isn't showed due to all headlines having overflow: hidden set by http://wiki.dominionstrategy.com/skins/common/commonElements.css?303 on line 67.
