I was thinking that for split piles we do the same thing as we've been doing for Artifacts/exchanges (e.g. Flag/Flag Bearer, Vampire/Bat) as it doesn't really make sense to talk about Plunder in a vacuum. Keeping all the strategy in one page w/out copy-pasting makes more sense to me, especially if things get changed down the line, and I think any strategy on Plunder should necessarily be contextualized with a leading discussion on how encampment tends to play out. − | : My feeling is, if people want information about strategy specific to Plunder, they'll go looking for it on the Plunder page; there's no reason to force them to go to another page whose focus is not Plunder to learn about how to use Plunder specifically. Plunder and Encampment are different cards, and yes of course they appear together and that's an important fact about them, but there are also things to say about them independently. I did the same thing with e.g. [[Sir Michael]]. We could restore the note here saying something like "for discussion of Plunder's interaction with Encampment, see the Encampment article" | + | : My feeling is, if people want information about strategy specific to Plunder, they'll go looking for it on the Plunder page; there's no reason to force them to go to another page whose focus is not Plunder to learn about how to use Plunder specifically.
