"ASS Altenburger" is the brand name of the playing card manufacturer located in Altenburg, a city in Thuringia, Germany. They are known to produce the english boxes containing metal tokens.
ASS Altenburger is solely responsible for the production of the german versions, although Rio Grande Games acts as publisher.
