Command is a card type introduced by the 2019 errata. Commands are emulators that play cards from the Supply, leaving them there. Giving these emulators a type allows some abilities to restrict you from playing them in infinite loops.
List of Commands
Inheritance refers to Command cards, so that Estates cannot emulate them.
Necromancer is not a Command card because its mechanic already prevents infinite loops.
