I'm not planning on buying a new copy and scanning in the updated cards, but the text in the infobox should be the most current wording. It is plain that the text on the card is the text on the card. - The card texts are being updated as 2nd editions for each of the sets are released. Hinterlands was updated yesterday, and came with new wordings.
