Editing Materials

Some [[Sets|Dominion sets]], in addition to [[card|cards]], provide other materials.

Player-specific materials are often distributed in six different colors, one for each possible player: red, blue, orange, green, white and yellow.

They are metal or cardboard chips that represent [[victory point]]s players earn in addition to the values of the [[Victory card]]s they possess, and are therefore an example of [[alt-VP]]. VP tokens may be earned by playing certain cards, buying certain [[Event]]s, or meeting the conditions of certain [[Landmark]]s. VP tokens cannot run out; players should use a substitute if needed.
