Sifter

A sifter is a card which allows you to look through your deck for cards that you want to have in hand while discarding cards you don't want. Many of these are non-terminal Actions such as Warehouse, which allow you to draw cards and then force you to discard some as well.

A related class of cards is those that dig through your deck for cards meeting some description and discards those that don't. Sifters differ from those by allowing you to choose which cards to discard.
