According to the text, the triggering event is the purchase of a `Victory` card. Therefore, any `Black Cat` cards drawn by the `Black Cat` wouldn't have that triggering effect valid (they were not avaialble when the `Victory` card was gained.
Is there an official ruling on this?
- I think that you could react with just-drawn Black Cats after you finish resolving the current one - that's because you could've had more than one Black Cat in hand (you are not required to reveal your whole hand), and you react with them one-by-one anyways (as with other Reaction cards) m_knox (talk) 15:59, 18 March 2020 (EDT)
