Could use more on strategy

Perhaps because it was written for the Pixie article, the discussion of Goat strategy is really brief and could use substantial expansion. The fact that Goat and Pixie always appear on the same board doesn't mean that Goat strategy can just be subsumed under Pixie strategy; people can have strategic questions about how to use Goat most effectively that be out of place in the Pixie article. (For example, unlike many other trashers, Goat gives you its benefit regardless of whether you trash a card; when is it a good idea to forgo trashing a Copper so you can hit a higher price point?)
