| + | the only other rules clarifications i found in a quick search seemed to be related to scheme, which is more of a scheme clarification than a tact clarification. we can probably just remove that section for now. - greatexpecations | ||

the only other rules clarifications i found in a quick search seemed to be related to scheme, which is more of a scheme clarification than a tact clarification. we can probably just remove that section for now. - greatexpecations
