Hello there! Thanks for contributing to the wiki. Where did you get the Polish translations for these cards? Werothegreat (talk) 12:18, 2 May 2016 (EDT)

I'm an editor for Polish versions of Seaside and Prosperity (the publisher is Games Factory Publishing) :) m_knox 14:03, 2 May 2016 (EDT)
Oh, awesome! Will you guys be publishing translated rules at some point? And will there be translations of more expansions once these release? Werothegreat (talk) 15:09, 2 May 2016 (EDT)
The translated rules will be available at some point. I must talk to the publisher (I'm not working for them full time, I'm a freelancer). GFP (the publisher) plans to release Adventures and Empires this year. The timing is unknown, however (they've just finished crowdfunding Prosperity and Seaside - the games are to be released in June). m_knox 17:37, 2 May 2016 (EDT)
OK, Polish rulebooks are out. Should I submit them here somehow, or what? m_knox 11:21, 3 May 2016 (EDT)
So I see! And you don't need to. I just like being able to check the official rules.  :) Werothegreat (talk) 12:52, 3 May 2016 (EDT)
By the way, how exactly would you translate "Wyławiacz" into English? Werothegreat (talk) 15:21, 2 May 2016 (EDT)
It was quite hard to literally translate, as there's no single Polish word that describes the person who salvages things - "Ratownik" ("rescuer") applies to people, not stuff. So, "Wyławiacz" is "the one who pulls something from water", that's the closest I could think of. m_knox 17:37, 2 May 2016 (EDT)
Also, can you vouch for the Prosperity translations made by Predki? Werothegreat (talk) 15:27, 2 May 2016 (EDT)
I've checked those translations, and they are based on official Polish rules for Prosperity. m_knox 17:37, 2 May 2016 (EDT)
Good to know, thanks! Werothegreat (talk) 18:09, 2 May 2016 (EDT)

So the Polish translations for Adventures and Empires are proceeding? I saw you posted translations for "Event" and "Landmark". Werothegreat (talk) 14:34, 25 September 2016 (EDT)

Empires only for now. Will post more Polish names later on. m_knox 15:51, 25 September 2016 (EDT)
Any idea when it will release? Werothegreat (talk) 23:24, 25 September 2016 (EDT)
I guess it's gonna be this year - cannot say more, as I do not know the exact dates. I just cooperate with GFP - I'm not their employee :) m_knox 04:43, 26 September 2016 (EDT)
Okay! Looking forward to seeing their new cover art. Werothegreat (talk) 09:10, 26 September 2016 (EDT)
If you want to have a peek at the new covert art for Polish version of Empires, download http://gamesfactory.pl/katalog2/katalog2016.pdf and scroll down a few pages (to "Dominion: Imperium") m_knox (talk) 03:22, 17 October 2016 (EDT)
Have the translations for Charm, Groundskeeper and the individual Castles been done? You skipped those. Werothegreat (talk) 22:59, 27 September 2016 (EDT)
Charm was being brainstormed today, so I was not sure of the final name. I'll post the names later. m_knox 07:16, 28 September 2016 (EDT)
Where did you find the Greek translation for Curse? Werothegreat (talk) 12:15, 4 May 2017 (EDT)
http://epitrapaizoume.gr/games/dominion-o-kiriarxos-2008/ on tab 4 (labelled Περιεχόμενα) - there's a card component list there m_knox (talk) 14:47, 4 May 2017 (EDT)

Apprentice

I won't edit war over the Apprentice card text. I didn't even scroll down to see that the new printed version has the 1 in the coin - presumably we should make the infobox image match the text then? ConMan (talk) 23:46, 24 January 2019 (EST)

Well, I'm confused - why would need to scroll down to see the new printed version, when you have it directly above the text you've edited (in the infobox)? As far as I remember, the idea was that infobox contains the latest printed version of the card, and the text below it matches the image. Not the other way round. And if you want to see the previous versions (in this case - the one without 1 on the coin), then you have to scroll down to see them. m_knox (talk) 02:23, 25 January 2019 (EST)
