I think, the only relevant card is the original card. Every translated version should result in the same behavior. So from this point the alternate versions only have other langugage (and eventually other alphabet), and so are trivia.

If the alternate versions should not be considered as trivia, then also the "in other languages" should not be considered as trivia.
