Question: I was playing a game against my family when I played a Chariot Race and revealed a City Quarter (cost: 8 debt). My dad, the player next to me, played a copper (cost: 0 coins) Should I have gotten the coin and victory point from it?
Argument for: Copper technically cost 0 debt, so City Quarter is more. Argument against: Copper is measured with coins and City Quarter with debt, so neither is necessarily more.
