Maybe I'm confused, but I don't think Inheritance is a hard counter against Rabble, in that the Estates all become Action cards which Rabble targets... right? -- Whizkid (talk) 13:24, 27 September 2016 (EDT)
- But those Estates are now no longer junk that can be left on top of your deck. It turns Rabble into a Chancellor-ish effect. Werothegreat (talk) 14:35, 27 September 2016 (EDT)
