An autopile is a way of emptying a supply pile by playing cards from the same pile continuously.

This can happen with cards that gain themselves such as RatsRats.jpg or MagpieMagpie.jpg. For example if you have a hand that contains only two rats and have no other cards you can play rats continuously whilst gaining more rats to empty the pile.
