Players can get into a stalemate if they both play 5 Collections and buy 2 {{Event|Stampede}}s every turn.

I didn't put in any work on testing tweaks since it wasn't deemed to be a problem. A big thing for me was, none of the other {{Card|Horse}} cards seemed at all a problem (not that they aren't good with Collection; just, not a problem). And {{Event|Stampede}} isn't in {{Set|Prosperity}}. It's a rare combo, like oh {{Card|Counting House}} / {{Event|Travelling Fair}}.
