Logistics:

  1. Figure out exact edit process
  2. Generate list of pages to edit, prioritize
  3. Figure out template for said pages.

Wiki content:

  1. Benchmarks page

Wiki formatting/structure:

  1. pages with lists of cards to have visual spoilers for them
  2. front page to link to the category pages like "village"
  3. Better card art scans

Specific pages:

  1. To be decided...

Style and Editing Guidlines

Capitalization

Things that should be capitalized

Things that should be lowercase

  • Some areas of cards: play, hand, deck, discard pile, set aside, etc
  • Words with meaning specially defined for Dominion, but not listed in the previous section (discard, gain, reveal, etc)

What about certain terms like Big Money or Engine? I see both of them capitalized or not sometimes. --Jonts (talk) 12:15, 10 November 2012 (EST)

For some reason I feel like Big Money should be capitalized but engine shouldn't. Ajd (talk) 12:52, 10 November 2012 (EST)
I agree; Big Money is a name, but engine is just a word. --Drab Emordnilap (talk) 23:01, 12 November 2012 (EST)

Usernames

What about usernames, like Stef and faust? Some don't capitilise, some do, others have multiple (AdamH, GwinnR). How do we deal with these? Capitilise everything, and stick to the other capital letters? Stick with their choice? --Hugovj (talk) 15:58, 28 September 2015 (EDT)

Internal Links

  • Only use internal links for the first appearance on a page.
  • If a subsection is sufficiently long, internal links for the first appearance in the subsection can be added, even if it was linked in a previous section.
I feel like card names should always be linked, even if they've appeared on the page previously. Yay, nay? --Drab Emordnilap (talk) 23:01, 12 November 2012 (EST)
I would avoid linking cards when they are being used as verbs: "Throning", "Bishoping", etc. and avoid most linkages of the base-set Treasure and Victory cards. But otherwise, yes, link them (using Template:Card, of course). JesseW (talk) 02:51, 17 April 2013 (EDT)
