Snowy Village is based on an idea debuted in a parody [http://forum.dominionstrategy.com/index.php?topic=18090.msg739875#msg739875 Christmas Kingdom] by [[Donald X. Vaccarino]] and head playtester LastFootnote. In the parody kingdom, Snowy Village only cost {{Cost|2}}, but it gave only 2 Actions and no +Buy.
