I don't understand the synergy with Quarry. Border Village doesn't give any +Buy and making Actions cheaper doesn't really help the card accomplish what it wants to. Ferry Synergy?
Ferry makes certain piles cheaper, so can there be a Combo:Border Village and Ferry?
You put the token on anything costing
