River Shrine is an Action–Omen card from Rising Sun. It is a trasher that also allows you to gain cheap cards in Clean-up if you didn't gain any in your Buy phase, making up for the fact that trashing from your hand can prevent you from having enough $ to buy what you want. As an Omen, it also brings Prophecies closer to taking effect.
