Prophecy is a landscape type introduced in Rising Sun. Prophecies are special rules that take effect only once Omen cards have been played a certain number of times; at that point the Prophecy effects apply equally to all players.
Prophecies are not Kingdom cards; including a Prophecy in a game does not count toward the 10 Kingdom card piles the Supply includes. In fact, Prophecies are not considered "cards" at all; any text referring to a "card" (such as instructions to "name a card") does not apply to Prophecies. However, for reference, the Prophecy effects are printed on cards in a landscape orientation with iris blue frames.
There are 15 Prophecies, and only one is used in a game with Omens, regardless of the number of Omen cards.

Official Rules
In every game with one or more Omen cards, deal out one Prophecy for it. Only use one Prophecy no matter how many Omens you have.
• Put 5 Sun tokens on the Prophecy for 2 players, 8 for 3 players, 10 for 4 players, 12 for 5 players, and 13 for 6 players.
• "+1 " means, remove a token from the Prophecy. Then if it was the last token, the rules text on
the Prophecy becomes active, right then and for the rest of the game.
• "+1 " always appears first on Omens, before anything else the card does.
• "+1 " does nothing else once all the tokens are removed.
• Prophecy text does nothing until the last Sun token is removed.
