Rice Broker is an Action card from Rising Sun. It is a trasher that gives a large amount of non-terminal draw if you trash an Action card, and a smaller amount if you trash a Treasure.

- If you trash a card that's both a Treasure and an Action, you get +2 Cards and then +5 Cards. If you trash a card with neither type, such as Province, you don't draw any cards.

The initial idea was trash-for-benefit that gave you +2 Cards and +

the trashed card cost. A giant hand of cards, but well, some debt too. It was nuts. Then I had one that trashed two cards, one for +Cards and one for +Actions. I don't like to do much trash-2-cards at 
these days, plus it was strong and also uh you know sometimes you had to eat good cards for +Actions but only needed +1 Action and it just didn't feel as good as I wanted. So what could I get out of this card? What I wanted really was something like Apprentice, only different. So the final idea was, make it better at trashing Coppers, worse at trashing Estates, and shift it from liking trashing Golds to liking trashing Actions. And there it is.
