Desert Guides is an Ally from Allies. It allows you to spend Favor tokens to discard and replace your hand at the beginning of your turn, like the Reserve card Guide.

Desert Guides actually happened; your eyes aren't deceiving you. [LastFootnote] complained about it for the worry that you'd pile up tokens and shuffle multiple times a turn, but there it is. Underling + Desert Guides is basically better than Guide, again not a subtle detail I missed. Obv. we can edge case it, but it's a lot closer than e.g. Ducat and Candlestick Maker.
