After playing a Liaison, if you have 5 or more Favors, +, and if 10 or more, +1 Action and +1 Buy.

League of Shopkeepers is an Ally from Allies. It adds additional vanilla bonuses to your Liaison cards once you have accumulated enough Favor tokens.

Official FAQ

• You don't spend Favors to use this.
• After each time you play a Liaison, you get + if you have 5 or more Favors, and +1 Action and +1 Buy (in addition to the +) if you have 10 or more.
• In games with multiple Liaisons, all of the Liaisons get the bonus, even if only one of them was used to get the Favors.

Other rules clarifications

• If you have 3 Favors, and you use Throne Room on Underling, you only get + from League of Shopkeepers.
• However, if you have 3 Favors, play an Underling, and then replay it with either Royal Carriage or Citadel, League of Shopkeepers will trigger twice, and you can get + from it.
• If you have 10+ Favors and play either a Bauble or a Contract, you can get +1 Action in your Buy phase; this won't let you play more Actions from your hand.
• If you gain a Sycophant, get +2 Favors, and then play it with Innovation, the 2 Favors will count for League of Shopkeepers.
• However, if you gain a Guildmaster and play it with Innovation, the Guildmaster will give you +1 Favor from gaining itself. However, you won't get that Favor in time for League of Shopkeepers.
