Archer is an Action-Attack-Clash card from Allies. It allows you to make your opponents discard a card of your choice; but to prevent it from being too strong, they're allowed to withhold one card that you don't get to choose.
It is part of a split pile that it shares with the other Clash cards: Battle Plan, Warlord, and Territory.
