dougz is the online nickname of Doug Zongker, creator of the Isotropic implementation of online Dominion.
dougz is a Google employee and is also known to some for a chicken influenced presentation he once gave. The presentation was featured in a Wired article and the YouTube video has over a million views. An informative Reddit AMA session he held can be found here.
