Only the first card you actually play on the turn, and whether or not it is a Treasure, matters for Landing Party. 
* The first card you play on your turn can be one that you play from your hand in the normal way, or it can be one played as a result of an “at the start of your turn” instruction, such as that of {{project|Piazza}}, {{event|Reap}}, or {{card|Royal Galley}}. What matters for start-of-your-turn instructions is whether they are actually telling you to “play” something.
