There appears to be another variant not mentioned at the time I am writing this: in August 2015 I bought a Big Box at an independent game store in Bellevue, Washington, USA, English language ; and it contained Prince and Governor cards, with no slots named for them on the tray insert. Since the German box's release, a plan top view of the box cover art hasn't yet officially been made available online. Meanwhile it appears that one of the online shops has independently made such a photograph:
