This page is confusing. It says possession is errata'd to gain tokens, but it also says vp tokens are good counter for possession? Which one is true?

: The erratum is in the rules for Dominion: Empires. Does this mean that it only applies if Empires is in play, or if it's eligible for play? -- Whizkid (talk) 12:36, 15 July 2016 (EDT)

Error in original FAQ?
You are not taking a turn with the deck of the player to your right;

I think it should be "left" - the card says "player to your left", so why there's "right" in the rulebook? Isn't it an error? Or am I missing something? m_knox (talk) 15:35, 29 March 2018 (EDT)

Update on Strategy Section
Can someone delete or adapt the last line of strategy please : "Interactions between Possession and other extra turns need to be considered carefully. For example, Outpost is significantly weaker than usual, because it doesn’t work when you play it on your own turn immediately after being Possessed."

It is not true anymore since Outpost received errata in 2017 : "If this is the first time you played an Outpost this turn, and the previous turn wasn't yours, then take an extra turn after this one, and you only draw 3 cards for your next hand."

:That line is correct, and was written knowing the post-2017 version of Outpost. See the FAQ section within Possession mentioning Outpost. Sequencing goes:

# Opponent's turn: Opponent plays Possession

# "My" turn: Opponent controls Possessed turn

# My turn: I play Outpost, fails because previous turn was technically mine. --Terracubist (talk) 17:15, 17 August 2023 (EDT)

::: Ok, sorry, my mistake; just forgot the first line of rules book about Possession: "that player is taking a turn, with you making the decisions"
