Editing Errata

Here is a summarized list of all Errata, rules tweaks, and changes.
Note that individual card rephrasings that didn't affect their functionality are omitted.

== 2016 Errata ==

* {{Set|Dominion|ed=2}} which removes 6 cards and adds 7 new cards.
* {{Set|Intrigue|ed=2}} which removes 6 cards and adds 7 new cards.
* {{Card|Mine}}, {{Card|Moneylender}}, and {{Card|Throne Room}} added "you may".
* {{Card|Outpost||oi=2}} was changed to function in a similar way to {{Event|Mission}}.
* {{Card|Possession||oi=2}} now gives all gained {{Debt}} to the Possessing player.
* {{Card|Stash}} now lets you look through your remaining deck when shuffling.
* {{Card|Trade Route}} trashes before gaining {{Cost}}.
* {{Card|Masquerade}} skips players with no cards in hand.
* {{Card|Oracle||oi=2}} was rephrased to "draw 2 cards" instead of "+2 Cards". (This was later reverted by the [[2020 Errata]].)
* Shuffling the discard is done when needing to draw more cards than available in the deck instead of when the deck is empty.
* Coin tokens from {{Set|Guilds}} are henceforth referred to as [[Coffers]].
* Increased the font size on cards where possible.
* Replaced usage of "he" on cards and in the rules with the gender neutral "they".

== 2019 Errata ==

* Revised the [[Lose Track rule]] into the [[Stop-Moving rule]].
* Introduced the [[Command]] type and added it to {{Card|Band of Misfits}}, {{Card|Captain}}, and {{Card|Overlord}}.
* {{Card|Band of Misfits}} and {{Card|Overlord}} plays a card from the Supply instead of becoming it and can't play Command cards.
* {{Card|Captain}} can't play Command cards.
* {{Event|Inheritance||oi=4}} only sets aside non-Command Action cards. {{Card|Estate}}s play the set aside card, leaving it there.
* {{Card|Prince||oi=3}} gained the [[Duration]] type, no longer allows Duration cards to be set aside, and leaves the card set aside.
* {{Card|Death Cart}} only gets the {{Costplus|5}} bonus if it trashed a card and trashing is optional.
* {{Card|Embargo}} only places an [[Tokens|Embargo token]] if trashed.
* {{Card|Pillage}} does nothing if not trashed.
* {{Card|Procession}} can no longer play Durations.
* Card costs never going below {{Cost|0}} became a general rule instead of being written on each card.
* Non-supply cards can always be gained when specifically referred to without additional permission given on the referring card.

* {{Card|Trader}} was changed to trigger [[when-gain]] instead of when a card would be gained.
* {{Card|Oracle}} was restored to saying "+2 Cards" intstead of "draw 2 cards".

== 2022 Errata ==

* {{Set|Seaside|ed=2}} which removes 8 cards and adds 9 new cards.
* {{Set|Prosperity|ed=2}} which removes 9 cards and adds 9 new cards.
* {{Set|Hinterlands|ed=2}} which removes 9 cards and adds 9 new cards.
* [[Coffers]] can now be spent at any time, not just at the beginning of the [[Buy phase]].
* The [[when-buy]] trigger was removed and replaced with [[when-gain]].
* The phrase "while this is in play" was replaced with "this turn".
* [[Overpay]] abilities are resolved when the card is gained.
* {{Card|Counterfeit}}, {{Card|Crypt}}, and {{Card|Mint}} can no longer trash [[Duration]]s.
* {{Event|Bonfire}} can only trash {{Card|Copper}}s.
* {{Card|Hermit}} now exchanges itself for at {{Card|Madman}} instead of being trashed.
* {{Project|Innovation}} lets the player choose any gained [[Action card]] instead of just the first one.
* {{Event|Inheritance}} also adds the [[Command]] type to {{Card|Estate}}s.
* {{Card|Prince}} gained the [[Command]] type and no longer allows Command cards to be set aside.
* {{Card|Storyteller}} gives +1 Card after converting {{Cost}} to cards instead of {{Costplus|1}} before converting.
* {{Event|Donate}} and {{Landmark|Mountain Pass}} no longer act in-between turns.
* {{Card|Alchemist}} and {{Card|Herbalist}} no longer care about in which order cards are discarded from play.
* Removed "this stays in play" reminder from Durations that last multiple turns.
* Prefer "At X do Y. Until then Z" over "Until X do Z. At X do Y.".

* {{Ally|Island Folk}}, {{Event|Journey}}, {{Event|Mission}}, {{Card|Outpost}}, {{Card|Possession}}, and {{Card|Voyage}} can no longer give more than two turns in a row.
