Any commentary on Rebuild/Duke? To a point, it helps build Duchies, as it's a non-terminal card that can convert Estates to Duchies. But once you start also getting Dukes, it's counter-productive, and other players working for Provinces will want to buy Duchies and convert them.

Is Baron / Duke worth noting? Baron requires only a Copper to get to $5, it helps drain the Estate pile, it has an extra Buy to get you Copper (or Silver on a really good draw I guess), and is pretty easy to get at $4. Thoughts?
