Barge is an Action - Duration card from Menagerie. It gives you the choice of either drawing 3 cards and getting an extra buy at the time you play it (in which case it is discarded from play that turn), or doing so at the start of your next turn, in which case it stays out as a Duration card, handy if you don't want to draw dead cards or have already drawn your deck[1]
