+2 Cards +2 Actions The next time the first card you play on a turn is a Treasure, put this onto your deck afterwards. |
Landing Party is an Action-Duration card from Plunder. It has a strong effect, combining non-terminal draw with a village ability, but a serious drawback: you can't get it out of your play area until you begin a turn by playing a Treasure card, which usually entails skipping your Action phase. Thus Landing Party greatly improves your Action phase in one turn at the cost of skipping it in a different turn.

FAQ
Official FAQ
- Resolve the Treasure before putting Landing Party on your deck.
- It's okay if the Treasure has more types, including Action (like Spell Scroll).
Other rules clarifications
- If you play this with a Command variant such as Band of Misfits, the stop-moving rule means that Landing Party can't put itself onto your deck, and it isn't waiting for anything to happen. So you'll discard the Band of Misfits from play during this turn's Clean-up.
- If the first Treasure you play is a Spell Scroll, which gains and plays a Landing Party, that will make you topdeck your other Landing Parties, but not the one you just played (it triggers off the next time your first card played is a Treasure).
