Fortune Teller is an Action-Attack card from Cornucopia. It is a terminal Silver, since it gives + and no +Action, and as a bonus it has a minor attack - it forces the opponent to discard a bunch of Action or Treasure cards and leave a Victory or Curse card on top of their deck.

FAQ
Official FAQ
- Each other player reveals cards from the top of his deck until he reveals a Victory or Curse card.
- If he runs out of cards before finding one, he shuffles his discard pile (but not the revealed cards), and keeps revealing cards.
- If he still cannot find one, he just discards all of the revealed cards.
- If he does find one, he puts the Victory or Curse card on top of his deck, and discards the other revealed cards.
- If his deck has no other cards in it, it becomes the only card in his deck.
- A card with multiple types, one of which is Victory (such as Nobles from Dominion: Intrigue), is a Victory card. You do not choose Victory or Curse--they stop on the first card that matches either type.

Strategy Article
There is no strategy article for Fortune Teller, but it was mentioned in this article by Theory.
Hello, players. Look at your Fortune Teller. Now to Ambassador. Look at your Fortune Teller, now back to Swindler, now back at Fortune Teller, now back to Ambassador. Sadly, your Fortune Teller is nothing like Swindler or Ambassador. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re winning a Tournament thanks to your opponent’s Fortune Teller. What’s in your hand, back to me. I have it, it’s your Coppers, now they’re in my deck. Look again, the Coppers are now Curses. Anything is possible when your attack actually does damage instead of just cycling your opponent’s deck.
Fortune Teller isn't usually a very good attack. It might leave a Victory card on your opponent's deck, but it might give them the benefit of cycling their deck. It might skip over their good Action cards to find that Victory card, or it might merely skip past their Coppers. Fortune Teller is also easily countered - Native Village and Tournament and Baron actually benefit from top-decking Victory cards, and any trasher will soon turn your opponent's Fortune Teller into a Chancellor for you.
There is one case where a Fortune Teller opening can win or lose the game for you - in the presence of Familiar. Opening Fortune Teller/Potion is no worse than Silver/Potion when you aim to go for Familiars, you probably don't have other terminal actions for the Fortune Teller to collide with, and with some luck, your Fortune Teller can make your opponent miss their Potion and fall hopelessly behind in the Familiar race. Usually, opening Fortune Teller on the off-chance that you'll make your opponent miss one of their opening cards isn't worth it, since the extra cycling will just make them see it soon anyway, and you'll have to live with a terminal Fortune Teller in your deck. But in the specific case of Familiar, a little Fortune Teller can swing the Curse war in your favor 7-3 or better, and thus decide the game.
