Strategy
Salt the Earth has both synergy and anti-synergy with Feodum -- You can use Salt the Earth to trash Feodum which your opponent wants, on the other hand your opponent can use Salt the Earth to gain Silver easily.

Secret History
Trashing directly from the Supply tried out for Dark Ages - and cards were phrased to account for the possibility of it - but didn't pass the audition. This approach worked immediately though.
