Pirate is an Action-Duration-Reaction card from the second edition of Seaside. It is a Treasure gainer that allows you to play it for free when any player gains a Treasure.

- You can play this when you gain a Treasure, or when another player gains a Treasure.
- If you play this during another player's turn, your following turn is when your Pirate gains you a Treasure.
- The Treasure you gain comes from the Supply and goes directly to your hand.
Other Rules clarifications
- This plays like the Reactions in Menagerie; see the Reactions section.
- If you have Capitalism, gaining an Action with + in its text will let all players play Pirates from their hand.

Preview
Explorer is fine. It's been complained about a lot over the years, but well, it's really not so bad. But it was borderline, it was a contender for going, and then I wanted to add Pirate, which is similar. So, out with Explorer.
