Invasion is an Event from Plunder. It allows you to gain a number of potentially-valuable cards at once—a Duchy, a Loot card, and any Action of your choice—while also playing an Attack card if you choose.

- You do the four things in that order.
- Playing an Attack card is optional; the rest are mandatory.
Other rules clarifications
- When you gain a Loot and play it, the No Visiting rule is not in effect; you gain the Loot to your discard pile, and then any on-gain triggers are activated, and then you play the Loot. If an on-gain trigger moves the Loot out of your discard pile (for example, you reveal a Watchtower to top-deck the Loot, the stop-moving rule prevents you from playing it.
