Conjurer is an Action-Duration-Wizard card from Allies. It is a gainer that puts itself back into your hand on the turn after you play it, guaranteeing that you can continue to use it as many turns in a row as you want.
It is part of a split pile that it shares with the other Wizards: Student, Sorcerer, and Lich.
FAQ
Official FAQ
- This will keep returning to your hand each turn as long as you keep playing it.
Other rules clarifications
- If you play this with a Command variant such as Band of Misfits, the stop-moving rule means that Conjurer will fail to put itself in your hand next turn. Since that means Conjurer won't be doing anything next turn, the Band of Misfits won't stay in play and will be discarded during Clean-up of the current turn.[1]
- When Conjurer returns itself to your hand, any Throne Rooms that were staying in play will lose track of it. This means that if you play that Conjurer again, that Throne Room will not stay in play for a 3rd turn.
