Way of the Frog is a Way from Menagerie. It allows you to non-terminally topdeck an Action card for your next turn, instead of receiving its effects this turn.

Other rules clarifications
- If you Throne Room a Duration card (like Wharf), and play it as Way of the Frog on the second play, you will get +1 Action, but since Wharf isn't getting discarded from play this turn, it will not topdeck itself on your next turn.
Strategy
Way of the Frog allows you to play any Action card non-terminally to put it back onto your deck for next turn. This is generally one of the weaker Ways, but it can help with reliability when you have an engine to topdeck excess engine components. Additionally, in situations where you lack deck control, it can effectively transfer cards between turns, which can help you manage your terminal space or guarantee collision of key cards.
Before you can draw your deck, or in a Kingdom that doesn't permit doing so, Way of the Frog can alleviate terminal collision by allowing you to topdeck the excess terminal and use it next turn; similarly, if you have more than you need in a particular hand, you can put a payload Action card back onto your deck. Generally, the payoff for this type of manoeuvre does not outweigh the fact that it slows down your cycling: not only does a card played with this Way act as a stop card, but it also effectively causes you to draw only four new cards for your next starting hand, delaying your next shuffle. This can be particularly important early in the game when the impact of finding and playing your good cards quickly may be very high. More beneficially, you can use Way of the Frog in similar scenarios to help collide particular cards (e.g. Urchin with another Attack).
Once you have an engine running, the most likely application for Way of the Frog is to kickstart your next turn by topdecking excess draw (and perhaps villages if the draw is terminal). If you have gainers, however, gaining-and-playing more cards is likely to be a much better use of your overdraw.
The fact that Way of the Frog is non-terminal also provides a few niche applications for this Way: for example, you may be able to salvage a dud hand by playing a terminal as Way of the Frog to allow you to activate Conspirator or generate a village effect by Reacting with Sheepdog played with Way of the Frog to an Ironworks gain. The topdecking component of the Way in these cases is sometimes an undesirable side-effect.
