Highway is an Action card from Hinterlands. Highway is a cantrip that ,like Bridge, lowers the cost of cards in the supply. When stacked, and with an additional source of +buy, you can potentially gain a large number of normally expensive cards very quickly. Such strategies usually lead to an explosive engine ending with a large mega turn.
